Refund & Cancellation Policy – Nextcoworks Services Pvt. Ltd.

General

  • All payments for coworking plans, managed office spaces, and meeting room bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Cancellations

  • Advance deposits are non-refundable but adjustable against future invoices.
  • Meeting room bookings can be rescheduled (subject to availability) but not refunded.

Refunds

  • Refunds are only applicable in case of double payments or transaction errors.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days after verification.
