Refund & Cancellation Policy – Nextcoworks Services Pvt. Ltd.
General
- All payments for coworking plans, managed office spaces, and meeting room bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
Cancellations
- Advance deposits are non-refundable but adjustable against future invoices.
- Meeting room bookings can be rescheduled (subject to availability) but not refunded.
Refunds
- Refunds are only applicable in case of double payments or transaction errors.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days after verification.
